Please note our booking & cancellation policies, as they are a vital part of the management of a small rural hotel. Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly.

Booking Policy:
To confirm and guarantee a reservation at Hotel Bandolero:

a deposit is required in the amount of the first night's stay per room reserved including VAT;

deposit to be paid via credit / debit card, Visa, Maestro or MasterCard, please;

card details required: name on card, 16 digits of card and expiry date;

all other room charges will be settled upon check-out;

special provisions may apply for holiday periods;

American Express and Diners Club cards are NOT accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled:-

more than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date, 100 percent refund less 10 Euros Cancellation Fee;

more than seven (7) days prior to arrival date, 50 percent refund less 10 Euros Cancellation Fee;

seven (7) days or less prior to arrival date, deposit becomes non-refundable; a cancellation fee of 10 Euros may apply at our discretion.
