Taking into consideration the physical, mental and emotional symptoms her clients present, Jane is able to provide a treatment tailored to suit individual needs. Massage relaxes, calms and nourishes both mind and body, allowing a more harmonious union to take place. This treatment incorporates traditional Swedish technique with oil.

Pulsing Treatment
What is Pulsing?:- This form of bodywork combines continuous rhythmical rocking with gentle stretching, helping to reconnect the client with the internal innate rhythms of their body: such as the rhythm of the breath, the heart beat, digestion and spinal fluid. The background rhythm becomes an invitation for the mind and body to relax, to encourage a sense of ease and flow. As the body begins to let go of any pain or tension we begin to re-connect with our inner sense of nourishment and joy.
